Rules and Regulations

All bookings are valid after payment of £25,00 in advance per person

Down Payment of £25,00 needs to be done no later than 30 day's after registration!!!

Full Payment needs to be done no later than 30 September 2010!!!

Payments and Cancellations

1) Bookings without downpayment of (£25.00/kids under 4 full payment) will not be booked

2) Full payment needs to be done no later than 30 september 2010, if not paid by September 30 2010 your booking will be cancelled.

3) When Full Amount is payed on time, you can still cancel with return of 75% of funds paid till 30 september 2010, this can only be done with sending Starlightcountry an email with your unique number and bank information

4) Cancel between 1 October 2010 and 24 October 2010 = 50% Refund only

5) Cancel after 24 October 2010 = no refund

Act of God, something beyond your control, please contact P&O for cancellation Insurance.

All changes after 01 October 2010 £25,00 will be charged as an administrative fee.

Bad behavior

IF drunk and disorderly, physically or verbally abusive to Boat Staff, Starlight Staff or any guest, you may be asked to return to your cabin or be refused embarkation or may be held in detention onboard, or be removed from the boat at the nearest debarkation point and handed over to local authorities.
